This three-part CEU webinar series is designed for mental health professionals who also deliver neurofeedback services. It emphasizes the importance of cultural responsiveness, ethical awareness, and clinical adaptability across varying client backgrounds and beliefs. Each one-hour session builds on the last while remaining suitable as a standalone training.

This is session 1 which explores the rationale for integrating cultural awareness into both mental health and neurofeedback practice. It outlines foundational ethical guidance from the American Psychological Association (APA, 2017) and the American Counseling Association (ACA, 2014), emphasizing how individual and sociocultural contexts shape the therapeutic alliance and treatment outcomes. Forester-Miller and Davis’s (2016) ethical decision-making model is introduced as a practical framework.

Session 2 will be held on July 25, 2025, and requires a separate registration. One CE credit is available for this session.

Session 3 will be held on August 8, 2025, and requires a separate registration. Once CE credit is available for this session.
