Once payment is made to ISNR you will be able to select your booth and your company's name and contact information will be posted on the ISNR website on the list of confirmed conference vendors. Platinum, Gold and Silver sponsors receive first rights of refusal for booth selection followed by previous year's vendors and finally new vendors.

ISNR agrees to provide the vendor with one table, two chairs, basic electrical service (120 volts, 500 amps) one wastebasket, pipe and drape (8' back and 3' sides) one 7" x 44" sign, and general conference and Saturday evening event admissions for two staff persons for each single or single shared booth. The furniture will be increased proportionally for double and triple booths. Drayage charges are not included in the price of the booth and there may be additional charges for drayage. The exhibition company who will be providing services at the conference is National Exhibition Inc from Plainfield, Indiana. The booth price will include an 1/8 page ad in the conference program. The ad can be upgraded to a larger ad for an additional fee if desired. You will also receive a vendor official ISNR vendor seal to be displayed on your website, print ads and email communications.

There will be three admissions for a double booth and four admissions for a triple booth. Conference admissions are for a vendor's full time employees and are non-transferable. Any additional staff persons must pay an additional registration fee of $200 each. Any charges for internet are the responsibility of the vendor. Please note that the vendor admission fee does not include admission to pre-conference workshops or afternoon workshops during the conference. ISNR will provide security for the vendor room during the hours the vendor room is closed. ISNR is not responsible for any losses or damage to property in the vendor room.

Booth set up can begin anytime after 2 PM on Wednesday, September 2. Booth take down must be completed by 6 PM on Sunday, September 6. The vendor area will open each day at 9:00AM and close each day at 5 PM, with the exception of Wednesday evening when the vendor room will remain open during the Cocktail Reception until 7:30 PM and Thursday evening when the vendor room will host a cash bar Meet and Greet until 7:30 PM. Please note that it is not mandatory that booths be staffed at all times during these hours. These are the hours that the vendor room will be open to conference attendees, not compulsory booth hours.

Vendors are prohibited from blocking aisles and walkways in the vendor area. Product demonstrations to groups are not permitted in the vendor area. If you wish to reserve a room for a demonstration please contact Ann Marie at email or 800-847-4986 (361-949-1738) to make arrangements.

Vendors agree to pay the total due to ISNR no later than Friday, June 5, 2009. The vendor's name and contact information will not be advertised as a conference vendor until payment is received. Payment can be made by check to ISNR, 14493 S. Padre Island Dr., Suite A, PMB 257, Corpus Christi, TX 78418 or by Visa, Master Card or American Express by faxing the information to 361-949-4820. It is agreed that the exhibitor will abide by the terms and conditions cited in this contract and by other reasonable terms considered necessary by ISNR, provided that these terms do not materially alter the exhibitor's contractual rights. All matters and questions not covered by these terms and conditions are at the decision of the ISNR vendor coordinator or a designated ISNR representative. These terms and conditions may be amended at any time by ISNR and any amendments that are made shall be equally binding upon publication on all parties affected by them, as are the original terms and conditions. Non-compliance with terms and conditions and/or requests from ISNR may result in a vendor's exhibition privileges being revoked without refund of any money previously paid. 

No walls, partitions, signs, decorations, or other obstructions may be erected without adequate see-through to neighboring exhibitors. Exhibitors who wish to use any nonstandard booth equipment or any signs, decorations, or arrangements of display material that conflict in any way with these regulations must submit a copy of a detailed sketch or proposed layout, including dimensions and sign language, at least 10 days before the exhibit set up date to the Conference Coordinator for approval by the Conference Committee and the conference exhibition company. In addition, ISNR reserves the right to approve booth signage. A vendor displaying any signs or phrases that are considered inappropriate or offensive will be asked to revise or remove the sign. Prior approval can be received by submitting the sign language to the Conference Coordinator for approval by the Conference Committee up to 10 days before the exhibit set up date. 

The following disclaimer statement will be posted in the conference program and on the ISNR website and will be displayed at the Conference: "ISNR has made no investigation as to the registration, certification, and/or approval by the FDA or other regulatory agencies of equipment sold at the conference sponsored by ISNR. ISNR makes no representations nor warranties regarding the equipment sold by exhibitors at the Conference. ISNR has no responsibility to pay any damages resulting from the purchase of equipment at the Conference. All recourse for damages are from the seller of the equipment and not ISNR." 

Cancellation received more than 45 days before the beginning of the conference will receive a 90% refund. Cancellations received less than 45 days before the beginning of the conference will receive a 75% refund.
